ABOUT

My Goddess Path Mentor and Guide

~ Yukiko Amaya

Yukiko is passionate about connecting you to your empowered and deeply authentic being. She has helped many heal from various woundings, enabling them to access their innate holistic wisdom and authentic selves through her intuitive, embodied and grounded approach.

Yukiko was born in Japan to a family of academics, artists and healers. From very early on, she was aware of the deep hurt that comes from isolation and lack of self-confidence, due to so many outside pressures that can be placed by culture, family, education, race, gender, disability. Difference, instead of being celebrated, is often treated with fear and suspicion, or worse. She has been on a lifelong journey of healing transformation.

Filled with great curiosity and desire to understand what LIFE was about, Yukiko encountered many guides, teachers, healers, shamans and mentors. She is widely travelled, and has lived in Australia, Europe, Japan and the U.S. Her knowing is deep, wide and eclectic.

After intensive studies and practices of yoga, meditation, shamanism, dance, martial arts, painting, photography, writing, ritual, dowsing, energy work, energy healing, and priestess work, she is deeply aligned with the spiral pathway of embodied, earth-based spirituality of the Goddess.

She heals and guides, teaches and leads through her combined understanding and synthesis of all that she has embodied as well as her empowered connection with Goddess and Mother Earth.

She is an energy healer, shamanka, Priestess of Goddess and Priestess of Avalon, Soul Motion® embodied consciousness leader and teacher, an enthusiastic sacred immersion retreat leader, writer and artist of life.

She has trained in Yoga (tantric and hatha), Meditation (tantric), Eagle Knight lineage of Toltec shamanism, Soul Motion® leadership and conscious dance practice, Reiki levels 1 & 2, Energy Healing (Healing by Subtraction/Nicholas Harper), Priestess of Goddess and Priestess of Avalon (Glastonbury Goddess Temple), Tandava (Daniel Odier), Spiritual Life Coaching, writing (Deena Metzger), Kalarippayattu (South Indian martial arts), Aikido, modern dance, dowsing and photography.

She currently lives on the ancient land of the Manahoac people, near the source of the Rappahannock River in Virginia, with her life partner, Skipper, and their very fluffy cat.
